Custom trade show exhibit costs vary significantly based on size, complexity, materials, and services included. A 10x10 custom inline display typically starts in the low five figures. A 20x20 island exhibit generally ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 or more depending on design complexity and features. Larger island exhibits and multi-show programs are priced accordingly. The best way to get an accurate number is to start with a consultation where we can understand your specific requirements and build a transparent estimate.

How long does it take to design and build a custom trade show exhibit?

The full process from initial consultation to completed build typically takes 12 to 24 weeks for most custom exhibits. This includes discovery, design development, design approval, fabrication, graphics production, and pre-show assembly and inspection. Tighter timelines are sometimes possible depending on scope and schedule availability. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to protect your timeline.

What sizes of custom exhibits do you build?

We build custom exhibits across every standard trade show footprint from smaller 10' booths up to 60x40 and larger island exhibits, and permanent installations. Our design and fabrication teams are equipped for any scale.

Do you handle everything or just the build?

We handle everything. PG Exhibits + Environments is a full-service exhibit house, which means we manage design, fabrication, graphics, show services, warehousing, and post-show asset management. You work with one team and one point of contact from start to finish.

What happens to my exhibit between shows?

After each show your exhibit can be returned to our Aurora facility, where we inspect for damage, inventory, and store it securely until your next event. We provide condition reporting and handle repairs or refurbishment as needed. Warehousing is an available service and is priced accordingly. Some clients prefer to manage their own storage.

Can you work with our existing brand guidelines and agency?

Yes. We work directly from your brand standards and can coordinate with your internal marketing team or external agency throughout the design process to ensure everything is on brand and on message.
