Show Services
Every form filed. Every detail coordinated. Every show, handled.
You Manage Your Strategy.
We Can Handle Everything Else.
Managing a multi-show program means navigating a different set of rules, vendors, labor agreements, and logistics at every event. Show forms, union requirements, advance warehouse deadlines, shipping coordination, installation, and dismantle are all moving parts, and every missed detail shows up at the worst possible time. For PG clients, none of that needs to land on their desk. Show services coordination can be part of the program from the start, not an afterthought.
Coordinated Before You Even Pack
Most show-related problems are preventable. They happen when forms get missed, labor doesn't get coordinated far enough in advance, or someone assumes another vendor handled it. We don't assume. Every show on your calendar gets the same advance coordination process: forms submitted, labor booked, shipping scheduled, and staging confirmed before anything leaves our facility.
Every build goes through a pre-show assembly and inspection before it ships. If something needs to be addressed, we find it in Aurora, not on the show floor at 6am the morning of setup.
Common Questions About Show Services
What does show services coordination include?
Show services coordination covers everything that happens between your exhibit leaving our facility and your team walking onto a show-ready floor. That includes show forms, union and labor coordination, advance warehouse receiving, shipping, installation, dismantle, and return logistics after the show.
Do you handle show forms and union requirements?
Yes. Every show has its own set of deadlines, forms, and labor requirements. We can handle the paperwork and coordination for every event on your calendar so nothing gets missed and nothing lands on your plate the week of the show.
Is a PG team member on site at every show?
A PG team member can be available on site during installation and often throughout the show. For other programs we coordinate closely with our trusted I+D partners and stay in contact throughout the process. We'll talk through what level of on-site support makes sense for your program during discovery.
How far in advance do you start coordinating each show?
Coordination starts well before each show, typically as soon as the event is confirmed on your calendar. Advance warehouse deadlines, labor bookings, and shipping schedules all have lead times that require early planning.
Do you manage shipping and logistics for every event?
Yes. We manage the full shipping process from our facility to the show and back (if storing with us), including carrier coordination, crating, and return logistics after every event.
Can you handle show services for exhibits not built by PG?
In some cases yes. If you have an existing exhibit that needs show services support, reach out and we can discuss what's involved. Our preference is to work with programs where we know the exhibit inside and out, but we're happy to have that conversation.
