Our warehouse facility in Aurora, Colorado is where every exhibit in our care lives between shows. The same team that designed and built your exhibit can manage your assets in storage, running on a cloud-based asset management system that keeps your inventory documented, photographed, and trackable at all times.
After every show your assets go through a full post-show process before they go into storage. We inspect for damage, clean, re-inventory, and pack everything back into crates built specifically to protect your investment. If something needs repair, we handle it before the next event, not the morning of setup.

Where are your warehouse facilities located?
Our warehouse facility is located in Aurora, Colorado, at the same address as our fabrication shop. Your exhibit is stored by the same team that built it.
How is my exhibit stored between shows?
Every exhibit is inspected, cleaned, inventoried, and photographed after each show before going into storage. Assets are packed into crates built specifically to protect your investment and stored in our Aurora facility until the next event on your calendar.
Can I access my inventory records remotely?
Yes. All exhibit properties are documented and tracked in our cloud-based asset management system. Your team can access up-to-date inventory records including photos and condition notes without having to call and ask.
What happens if my exhibit is damaged at a show?
Damage gets identified and documented during our post-show inspection. Our fabrication team handles repairs in-house before your next event so nothing gets discovered on the show floor.
Do you handle repairs in-house?
Yes. Because our warehouse and fabrication teams share the same facility, repairs and refurbishments are handled by the same craftspeople who built the exhibit originally. Minor fixes or full refurbishments, it all stays under one roof.
Can you store non-exhibit items like literature and giveaways?
Yes. We can store literature, giveaways, branded merchandise, and other show materials alongside your exhibit assets. Everything gets inventoried and tracked in the same system.
